At River Inn, we offer three award winning on-site dining options – Paulette’s fine dining, Tug’s Casual Bar & Grill and Terrace rooftop lounge with its panoramic view of the Mississippi River. River Inn of Harbor Town is conveniently located within a very short distance of downtown Memphis. 

Harbor Town, a quaint community neighborhood is nationally recognized for its walkability, luxury homes, and small businesses as a place to live and enjoy life. Cordelia’s Market is just down the street – where you can “bless your cart” with a bounty of fine foods and rare finds. Cafe Eclectic Coffee Shop, Harbor Town Fitness, a nail bar and more are all conveniently located less than a block away from your stay. 

If you need anything during your stay our staff will be pleased to assist you —morning, noon, or night! Just call the front desk and we will be at your service.

Don’t forget! Your complimentary breakfast will be served between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. at Paulette’s fine dining restaurant located on the first floor.

Guests may leave any outgoing mail with the front desk attendant for early afternoon pick-up. Alternately, guests may drop letters and postcards in a post box located outside the grocery store entrance of Miss Cordelia’s Grocery & Deli.

Laundry Service:
Same- day laundry service is available through our in-house facilities. Please ask the front desk attendant or your housekeeper to make arrangements.

ATM Machine:
The nearest ATM is located one block away- on the exterior wall around the corner from the grocery store entrance of Miss Cordelia’s Grocery & Deli.

Over 25 clubs and shops draw local and tourists alike to Beale Street. B/B King’s and Ground Zero Blues Clubs offer great music and food. Popular venues include Alfred’s, the Blues CityCafé, Hard Rock Café, Pat O’Brien’s, Silky O’Sullivan’s, and Itta Bene.

A major gallery of art with works ranging from antiquities to the modern period. Features workof new artists. Closed on Mondays.

Memphis Botanic Garden

The Goldsmith Civic Garden Center and Botanic Garden contain eighty-seven thousand acres for camping, hiking, boating, fishing, and horseback riding.

Memphis Zoo
Located in Overton Park, Memphis’s largest attraction and home to twenty-eight hundred animals representing four hundred varied species. The zoo includes Cat Country, natural free-roaming habitat for exotic and endangered cats, and the Northwest passage, featuring polar bears, sea lions, seals, and bears. This is one of only four U.S zoos to exhibit giant pandas.

National Civil Rights Museum
