How many rooms does the Inn have?
There are 28 rooms and suites located in two areas – the north tower and the south tower.
Can I arrange for flowers to be in my room for arrival?
We would be delighted to place flowers in your room prior to arrival. Arrangements start at $25 and roses at $55.
Are pets welcome?
Unfortunately, River Inn of Harbor Town does not allow pets. (Seeing-eye dogs are an exception.)
Are the rooms non-smoking?
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
Do you allow children?
Yes, children are welcome.
Do you offer a rollaway or cribs?
Yes. You may make arrangements when completing your reservation.
Do you have handicapped-accessible rooms?
Yes, we have handicapped-accessible rooms.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa & American Express and all other major cards.
What is your deposit policy?
Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed to a credit card at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival or one night will be charged.
Is Breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, a full breakfast is served from 7 – 10 a.m. in Paulette’s Restaurant and is included in the room rate.
May I invite additional guests to breakfast?
Yes, Inn guests are welcome to invite additional guests for breakfast. There is a fee of $18 per additional guest. Breakfast at River Inn of Harbor Town is also available for non-hotel guests.
What type of food do the three restaurants, Paulette’s, Tug’s and Terrace, serve?
Paulette’s serves Continental and American cuisine featuring local products and produce. Tug’s serves more casual, comfort fare. Dress is casual for both Paulette’s and Tug’s. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Paulette’s and lunch and dinner at Tug’s. Tug’s serves breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. ’til 3 p.m. Terrace serves small plates and regular entrees, dress casual.
Do you offer substitutions for dietary or vegetarian needs?
Yes. Please advise us when making your dinner reservation.
How do I go about making reservations at Paulette’s or Tug’s or Terrace?
The Terrace doesn’t take reservations; first come first served. Please call us for reservations at 901.260.3333, or call Paulette’s directly at 901.260.3300 and Tug’s for group reservations at 901.260.3344.

We are approximately 16.5 miles and a 20-minute drive from the airport.
What transportation is available to and from the airport?
